I was planning on using this stamp set for when we move next year........printing off new address details on the back of stamped tags - but then just decided to make a couple of cards :)

Stamps are 'Boards & Beams' from PTI and pattern paper is Crate Paper (paper pad). Copic markers & SU antique brads :)

Beautiful set, Lou! Great coloring of the houses. The pattern paper goes well with the colors. Great choice. I would love to see more of the tag. It looks beautiful. I don't have this set. Maybe I will look at buying it Ummm!!!!
